The nature of work, workforce, and workplace is changing rapidly due to factors such as globalization, rapidly advancing technology, industrial automation, scientific and technological revolution, evolving consumer expectations and demands, and paradigm shifts in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and chat GPT. These factors necessitate continuous learning and adaptability, which will require a skilled workforce to meet demand on a national and international level.

Possible Opportunities 

1. In comparison to other established and developing nations, India's demographic profile shows a youthful population, with 26.31% of people in the 0–14 age group and a median age of 28.4 years across all regions. 

Around the world, skilled professionals and workers enjoy a wealth of employment choices.

2. The World Economic Forum estimates that 69 million new employments in AI and technology are anticipated to emerge by 2027.

3. With  CAGR of 45%, the AI market in India is predicted to reach USD 28.8 billion by 2025 and is growing exponentially. Rising demand across a variety of industries, including banking, healthcare, and agriculture, for AI solutions. In addition to increasing the need for technical know-how, the growth of AI is expected to add 2 million new jobs to India's workforce by 2025.

4. Government programs like "Digital India" and "Make in India" are carefully crafted to draw in foreign direct investment (FDI) in artificial 

intelligence (AI) and support digital infrastructure, providing the groundwork for a strong AI-driven economy.

5. The Indian government unveiled the National AI Strategy, laying out a bold plan to build a $1 trillion AI sector in India by 2035, realizing the revolutionary promise of AI

6. It has many advantages in terms of efficiency, customization, and automation
